What does my first-year quote include?
Your first-year quote covers the custom design, professional-grade materials fitted to your property, installation, in-season maintenance, takedown, and organized, labeled boxing.
Do I own the lights and materials?
Yes. The materials purchased for your display belong to your property. Because those materials are already fitted and ready to reuse, returning clients typically pay about 60–70% of their first-year total.
What happens if something goes out in December?
Let us know and we’ll make it right within 48 hours. In-season maintenance is part of the service, so you are not left chasing down a crew when a bulb or strand needs attention.
When will my lights be installed?
Once your design and quote are approved, we schedule your installation for the holiday season. Earlier booking gives you the best selection of installation dates.
Do you come back to take everything down?
Yes. After the holidays, our team returns to remove the display and organize everything into labeled boxes for the next season. No January ladder project for you.
Where do the lights go after takedown?
Most clients keep the organized, labeled boxes at their property. If you would rather not store them yourself, off-site storage is available as a separate optional service.
