What’s this gonna cost?
Plenty of companies will not put a number on a page. We would rather you know roughly where you stand before picking up the phone.
$2,500–$5,000
Most first-year residential installations
This is a range for most residential projects, not a ceiling. Larger or more elaborate displays can run north of $10,000 depending on the scope of the project. Every quote follows a free on-site visit — we measure rather than estimate.
What moves the number.
Roofline size & complexity
The biggest single factor. Gables, dormers and changes in pitch all add custom-cut runs.
Trees & shrubs
How many, how large, and how much of each is lit. A trunk wrap and a full canopy are different jobs.
Wreaths & garland
How many doors, columns and gate pillars, and at what size. Oversized entries need oversized pieces.
First year vs. returning
Whether we are buying and cutting materials, or reinstalling what is already boxed on site.
Returning clients pay less.
60–70%
of your first-year total, typically
Why
You already own the materials.
Your first season includes commercial-grade C9 LEDs, mini lights, wiring, wreaths and garland, all cut and sized to your property — a one-time purchase that belongs to your house. After that you are paying labor only. Nothing gets re-bought.
- Installation each season
- 48-hour service guarantee
- January takedown
- Organized, labeled boxing
Got questions? We’ve got answers.
Straight answers, before you ever pick up the phone.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation. We would rather walk a property and lose the job than quote off a photo and get it wrong.
What if my budget is under that range?
We will tell you honestly rather than quote something neither of us is happy with.
Why do returning clients pay less?
The materials are already bought and cut to your house. Year two onward is labor only: install, service, takedown and boxing.
Do you store the lights?
Takedown and organized, labeled boxing are included and kept at your property. Off-site storage is optional and billed separately.
